Final Farewell

So I'm pretty sure most of you know by now that we have plans to disband the guild. There are many reasons; for formalities, however, I will list the 3 main reasons for those of you that are curious:

1) Lack of content release on Magic-WoW: this one should be pretty obvious. We haven't had any proper PvE crap released in a while.
2) People getting bored of Magic-WoW/WoTLK: understandable. It's been a while since WoTLK has been out, and since MWoW has ridiculously high drop rates, easy bosses, and short lockouts, the server.. well the server pretty much isn't really sustainable.
3) Lack of leaders. Yes, Attri and I are growing tired, and too focused on RL to deal with day-to-day activities of the guild. So are many of our other officers.

There's a lot more that can be said, but I think most of you can speculate and probably confirm as to why we came to this decision.

When the guild is disbanded, you have 4 options: join some of the members on Freakz, a Cataclysm Private Server, or quit WoW, or joining DnD, or joining Veoo's guild. Yes, I have set up a guild merger (along with Darkenlife and Attribute) with Death n Decay, for those of you that wish to go. I know you guys don't like some people in the guild, but it's an opportunity to join a guild that does raids daily, should you wish to stay on Magic-WoW. A list of members will be created, and will be given to Alenidas (current GM of DnD). Alternatively, you can choose to follow Veoo, who has volunteered to continue to lead a new elitist-type of PvE guild on Magic-WoW. I don't have much information on this, so if you want to know more, I suggest you talk with Veoo.

We put a lot of effort into our respective guilds, Attribute and I. Attribute for Noir, and me for Equilibrium. I hope that most of you can recognize the effort we put into managing the guild, and how time consuming it is to be a GM, as you move on in Magic-WoW. We had really good guilds: Aftermath, Noir, and Equilibrium. This is what happens when skill meets very easy instances, and high drop rates.

This is it for me. I'm most likely going to become quite inactive on Magic-WoW, or I may join Freakz and check out Cataclysm. I'm not 100% sure on my final decision. In either case, these forums will stay up indefinitely, so feel free to stick around: chat with your old guildmates, and use this forum to keep each other updated. I will always be around for a chat (Chatbox, PMs, Skype, forum topics, etc.). I wish you all good luck in life, wherever you go. For some of you, it was a short 2 months to get to know you... for some others, it's been between 6 months to a year. But nevertheless, it was a blast to meet you all.

EDIT: One last note, the Ventrilo server will be going down within the coming 2 weeks, so don't expect it to stay up. Not that it was ever utilize to its full potential, but we had a lot of laughs on there; those of you from Carpe Diem will remember a lot of messing around on Vent.

Dayum, I guess no point for me to play on mwow as well since DnD is just... bad and there's no point in joining another PvE guild simply cause the same shit will keep happening.
I've been in 4 big guilds (if we die it is lag, CD, Eq, and After) all of them died cause of the same reason, it's getting annoying and any new guild attempt seems completely futile.

I will still log to do some BG's and that's it, wish ya all the best of luck, too bad this had to happen (again) lol.

Well, since I started playing Cata I've been almost completely inactive on Magic. It seemed to me that there isn't anything happening for me to keep logging in. The only times I logged in I spent like 10-20 minutes chatting with people and looking at my gear. I never wanted to completely abandon all my chars on Magic mostly because I've spent so much time playing them ( almost 3 years since the server started), but it seems like there's just nothing left to do here.

I'm not joining anymore guilds. I moved my chars back to Carpe Diem just so I can have the name. Needless to say I won't be inviting new members or trying to get any raids going. Whoever wants to join the guild is more than welcome. Just PM anyone ingame. I think most of the people there have the ability to invite.

I guess with Aftermath disbanding, Elitist PvE on Magic-wow is officially dead. I also heard about Veo's guild and I wish him and everyone who joins there good luck. I don't think that any guild with PvE motives can survive on M-wow, but I guess it's a good idea to always try to have fun. Maybe some day when Magic finally releases LK and Ruby Sanctum I might log in and join you guys for a couple of kills but that's pretty much all.

I'll still be visiting these forums from time to time, and maybe pop in on Magic to say hi. If you wanna contact me or ask me something just PM on these forums.

Oshit this is kinda sad, really.
It's great to raid with you guys, since everything is fast run and we can clear any 25hc in less than 3 hours. If you guys moved to Cata, nothing I can do to join since I don't have 15gb space on my laptop and I can't delete all my porns. Not going anywhere, mwow will be my first and last WoW experience.

Come summer and if you got nothing to do, come mwow to hang out mkays? Jumping on random mount at IF is fun once in a while.

And if RS released this year, I'm suggesting you higher up make a new guild to gear us because raiding with you guys is fun. All those trolling and QQ leave a deep impression when you know you're not gonna see it for a long time.

Actually I was hoping mwow to just die so I can quit this 2 years of anti social life -.-

Yup it was my best wow time through the start from Carpe to Aftermath, im glad i was there all the time and it was pretty nice, ty for funny moments and great raids. I`ll probably be online on mwow, mainly on Manjekenj (but on others also) doing pvp with friends and thats it i guess, u can /w me anytime. Catch ya around at least on forum or skype

Well the guild has been disbanded, I hope you guys settle in good in DnD or wherever you guys are going. I will be focusing on Cata/LoL maybe sometimes pop online on Magic wow to see what's happening. And if veoo or someone else from our guild is making one I'll come.

Honestly I want someone to make a guild, because I don't see you guys doign well in DnD. After the attitude that was shown to myself personally. It made me realize a thing. That magic wow's community and PvE is dead. May it reast in peace.Well you guys know what you are doing in that guild. What's the hilarious part is that I was the one setting up the merge that I got invited hardly. And got booted instantly. It's really laughable tbh. Well you now know what guild you are in to, a vgood one. So yeah, have fun wiping and buffing and waiting for 10 minutes for a response.
