1 OT (that can go DPS in some boss-fights)
and 2 Rdps prefered

Yesterday I cleared with Livingtree and Miracle first floor of icc + frostwing hall, and portal to LK wasnt available, no idea if we need clear all wings, but i think after clearing only ONE wing we should be able to port to him.

As i did on the old server i played before Magic-wow Its not Molten Ofc we wasnt be able to Portal to LK before CLearing the Whole instance So i dk if its Dif here , Yo Puszupek

I think you need to clear the whole instance.

And for your info, I tried to kill LK yesterday. First phase of the fight can easily be done with a brained dispeller but on 80% HP, he's getting mad and 1-shotting everybody. However this is not a sufficient reason to give up and if you want to give a try again today with me, go register on the new forum and show up at 4 p.m. GMT + 1.
