Yea Guys it was fun while it lasted and I hope that we all can get together on Cata or on Frozen if you all switch realms

Boring of WOTLK and u know why. However developers wont finish 3.3.5a for sure (aka Yogg Saron / Algalon / LK / Halion).
Ofc most decent ppl will go on Cata and I agree with them, coz want something new, but still I wont play on Cata, not talking about MoP.

Algalon/Halion will likely never be fixed. yogg saron, it's mostly working, just needs touching up but again highly doubt it'll be worked on. Lk should be fine after rev up, it's basically retail like with 1-2 minor bugs. As long as the constant rev updates don't break LK (or someone's there to fix it) then we're good.

Coz i remember how slow they were fixing this WOTLK content. I'm playing here before Naxx releasing, from when ppl were able to gear up only crafted items and some from reputation vendors.
New mechanics and tons of new bugs, its almost a new game, fk it.

We all know stronk pycc-man will end up playing cata with us anyway ;D

well I heard that cata's in a much better state than what wotlk was when it first started. I still remember the days of grinding rep for kirintor and argent crusade, and then crafting items from receipes bought from vendors... oh god. I don't remember what 5 mans were released right away with the wotlk expansion (Or if any at all.. i think UP, azjol, and nexus MIGHT have been... but that's about it). I'm hoping this time around enough 5 mans will be released so that we can at least try cata enough to see if we LIKE it, versus just tank and spanking everything and grinding rep for gear that sucks but we're forced to use it because everything else is bugged.

Downloading 20gb just to try it for a week?

Well, I wasn't on magic when it first started, but cata seems to be decent, afaik only Blackrock, Throne of the tides, and the first boss of vortex pinnacle for 4.0.6 and Zul'aman and Zul'gurub for 4.1 are scripted. That's 4 and a 1/4 scripted 5 mans so far.

You WILL have to farm rep for starter gear.

andddddddddd nothing will happen to the characters. they'll all stay in DB, if you level to 85 then you level to 85. if not then you stay level 80.

You can transfer them to frozen and play WotLK there or leave them on magic and play Cata.

Why not move all existing char to frozen, and make new char on cata magic?

Yes you will be given a deadline of 1 week to transfer your characters to frozen and back and forth once cata starts

But after that week is over your characters will stay whichever realm you have kept them

yes puz i still play there, since like 1 year now. but im on the genisis realm(romanian one) cuz my guild shifted there from exhodus when it was unstable

oh, coz i downloaded few days ago cata again 4.3.4, and kinda there are no pve guilds and ppl on exodus, and funny thing is all retail like scripted content from 4.0.6 (bwd, bot, 5mans), doesnt working after patch, so only you can farm pvp stuff and bh

yea they are gona keep adding stuff which they had already scripted, for now they are focusing on new bugs and possible exploits,

Interesting, both molten and freakz recently updated (or will update) to 4.3.4, about same timing as mwow releases cata 4.3.4....
