New expansion has announced

Everyone will be able to make one character to level 90 instantly, maby you guys interested?

I'd kill for a month subscription, can't afford one atm :c

how long u havent played? maybe i can Scroll of Ressurect you?

as always, a new wow expansion seems really tempting. Especially after watching most of the blizzcon stream that has anything to do with WoW.

IMO, they completely fucked up the story because they didn't know what to do next. Garrosh managing to escape just before his trial? Yea ok. Him getting help from some bad guy that sent him back in time to before Warcraft 1 happened... cmon get real.
Clearly they ran out of ideas what to do with the game and they figured let's just milk this baby dry till ppl are still playing it.
They are adding a bunch of new features that will make the game better, but it still is a 9 year old game.

I'm really not in the mood to waste my time getting another 10 levels, slowly gearing up, and then when I'm finally starting to get great gear, new patch comes out and my gear becomes shit.
I've been down this road countless of times and it just doesn't seem like a good idea.
I just noticed 2-3 days ago that I have some kind of Recruit a friend bonus which just gave me a month of game time. It's about to expire 5-6 days from now so I'm prolly not even gonnah bother doing much except logging in, if that.

Maybe at some point in the future when I suddenly have more free time I might think about casually playing WoW, but I doubt I'll go anywhere near retail.. except ofcorse it becomes Free to play, which I highly doubt.

the still have alot of players even after alot of players left, they wont do it untill they are in a situation like star wars, they have already planned the next expansion too, ofc they will keep on dragging as long as its paying up, no matter the story line or w/e they keep trying to make the gameplay fun and better, without much focus on story line(as it does not matter to a major chunk of the wow population).

WoW down to 7 million subscribers now (search reddit for a source). Also, another post on reddit quoting someone from Blizzard saying that WoW will NOT become free to play any time soon, because the infrastructure in the game was not designed around a free to play model. So there's that.

I've given up following the story line after Cataclysm (and even then, I'm a little fuzzy about Cata). They're just milking the series hard now. I think they also have an insta-90 offer (something about picking one character and having it instantly 90, not sure about the limitations/what you get with it). Doesn't matter though, the REAL grind starts after getting to level 90. Leveling is just the appetizer.

yea there giving instant 90 so that players can level to 100 in the new model whatever theyve made, the gameplay has changed so mayb the leveling is not the same, so mayb thats why they have done insta 90, and 7mill is still alot more than other games and still enough to keep the dollars raining
